What is striking is not really the difference in whiteness of the paper but the shades of brown!
One may even doubt whether ZA 3 or ZA 4 are here at all!!! Anyhow, the listing in the Catalogo is somewhat confusing!!!

The 10c Yacaré has similar problems as the 5c Hernandez!
Issued on 09.09.1959.
The Catalogo lists ony the ZA 3 for the normal stamp with a vertical direction of paper, but ZA 3 and ZA 5 for the S.O. also with a vertical direction of paper!
ZA 3 is the asymmetrical paper wire:
But we can also find the symmetrical paper wire:
Alas, in the Catalogo the symmetrical version has not been recognized!!

The 10c Yacaré with S.O. is not an overprint!!!
Whereas the normal stamp has a vertical direction of paper, the S.O. has a horizontal direction of paper! This implies there is on overprint and the S.O. is just a bicolour offset-litho printed one!
ZA 3 is the asymmetrical paper wire:
The asymmetrical aspect is no so clear in the last stamp! Hardly any paper wire visible!!!
But we can also find the ZA 5 asymmetrical paper wire with the extra lines:
