New type of paper for Argentina stamps!

Computer scanning was bound to reveal types of papers we normally would not have found or had not been looking for....
The coarse paper wire structure known here as "Tela" was known to be used for English postage stamps around 1942. Some time ago José Merlo had mentioned to me that he had seen this type of paper wire a lot earlier for the English colonies...
I did not pay much attention to it nor did I try to scan Imperial stamps! I did notice some antique Mexican stamps that have a rather coarse paper wire but also in that case I did not scan any.
Until today, when I was scanning some early commemoratives of Argentina!
