I do not think that the terminology of what is phosphorescence and what is fluorescence is probematic. Some philatelists - at least in the Netherlands the majority - think that OBA's having nothing to do with postal automation are not worth studying!

I am glad that in Argentina this misconception is not accepted and that you do pay attention to the "F"'s and "N"'s !
