Hello I was reviewing the papers and I found the grooves only in Spanish Gummed Paper stamps. I can see perfectly the "white" fluorescent dots in your images.
This dots are printed over or under the image of the stamp? Like "overall tagging" or "previous" offset (litho) printing?
