The author shows that there are TWO different watermarks - an oval type and an elliptical type! The first in 1927 and 1930, the second in 1930 on thin paper!

Thanks. Nº 109 is not in my library but it is in SOFIRA`s.
By now I acn tell you wmk A was supplied by Wiggings. I got a sample from CdM but not from the transparent`paper with wmk B, which has two versions: plain and your hated "grené". I´ll give more details when I continue my interrupted reply.

Which printing press is here??? An old press no longer in use! They brought the press in use again especially for this excursion!!!
Remember that the 40c San Martin had been printed on a sheet-fed press in that period! And that also the 40c San Martin had been applied with broken gum!!!! And so the 20c Guillermo Brown!
The Anthony Blank firm was responsible for gumming the Zárate paper!
