The continuing story of the 50c Puerto de B.A. on uncoated paper of Wiggins Teape - a small number of sheets got mixed up with the regular, ordered coated paper of Wiggins Teape.

As there was no way of ordering the same uncoated paper again in larger number from W.T. it was decided to withdraw the stamps as far as possible!

During the excursion to the Casa de Moneda this problem had been discussed:

In the catalogues this stamp still does feature at a remarkable higher price but when you look at the same time what the price would be for the 40c goma rayada one may wonder whether you can really find them for such prices
