It is difficult to be sure from a scan, but none of the stamps you show seems to be "papel rayado".
No estoy seguro a que le llamas "goma rayada", o "gofrado suizo". Supongo que te refieres a lo que se conoce como "papel rayado".
Si bien es dificil estar seguro de un scan, me parece que ninguno de los sellos que mostras es papel rayado.
