Hello, I continue with my stamps classification, it is going to take me a life.. (I am not in a hurry).

I have some of stamps I will star with the picture below

It looks like ZA2 isn't?

what if there were MI2 how I can differentiate them?

thanks

Sergio

Sergio,

the wire is asymmetrical so it is ZA 1!

The horizontal distance between the hearts of the sun should be 17.5 [ZA] or 16mm [MI 2]

saludos, Rein

PS

MI 2 does NOT occur for the 10c!

is this distance (17.5) valid for all Zárate papers?

Thanks

I have another one, looks like Zarate paper (m position).

It looks like the other one (previous your correction) ie: Symmetrical / Orthogonal / m still this paper is much more difficult to see to me

ZA2 - Symmetrical / Orthogonal / m

Another one (I have some, starting with the easy ones, the problems are the chalky ones)

It looks like the first one, is this ZA1?

Rein, Great!! now I have some chalky stamps, all of them are typo
pyri010c_v03b_r2c1.jpg
asymmetrical/ orthogonal/ m position

pyri010c_v03b_r2c4.jpg
asymmetrical/ orthogonal/ m position

Because of this "rayado horizontal" may this be TI5?

What about the last one
pyri010c_v03b_r2c3.jpg
Symmetrical?/ orthogonal/ m position

This "rayado horizontal" is not that clear in this one. Additionally looks like symmetrical
Thanks

After your comment I searched for it and I found it. Just a couple of doubts / comments. So far I am interested in classifying papers, and my question is how this work, what looks more focus on printing methods, will help me to identify what kind of chalky paper is?
Thanks

Sergio,

coated paper makes it more difficult to identify the paper! Try to get to know the various types first with uncoated paper! So far you are doing great!
